When will my package be delivered?
You will receive your order within 3-5 days and it could take 10 days maximum.We also offer 2nd day shipping but you have to place the order through the phone for 2nd day shipping plus the order should not contain any fluids.

How is my order shipped?
Your orders will be shipped by either USPS Priority Mail, First Class Mail, Express Mail or Ground Service depending upon the weight of your order. Normally it takes 3-5 business days after you item has been shipped to be delivered. In order to choose express mail as mailing option you have to place the order on the phone. Please keep in mind that if the order contains fluid, it has to shipped using ground service. USPS Parcel Post(Ground service) takes 3-8 business days to be delivered after item has been shipped.

Am I able to track my package online?
Yes, the order can be tracked online. If your delivery is overdue based on the schedule above, please contact customer service by phone at 1-866-3211-3111, 7 days a week 9 AM to 6 PM PST.

Can I change, add, or cancel an order that has been submitted?
We are unable to change, cancel, or add to orders once they are processed and authorized by the credit card company. Some of our items come from third-party vendors and much of the process is automated, so there is little we can do once the order is submitted.

I gave the incorrect address. What can I do?
We can change the address, if item not shipped.Also if item is shipped via UPS and Fedex we can still change the address But WE CANNOT change the address  if the item is shipped using USPS.

I’m not able to use my debit/credit card to make a purchase. What can I do? 
More often than not, this error occurs from incorrectly entered billing information. Please make sure the information your provide matches with that on file with your credit card’s financial institution. My package was not deliverd to me but it is showing as delivered when i check my tracking numbers. What is my next step?
Please call the concerned shipping carrier as soon as you can preferably with in 3 days and let them that although the package is being shown delivered, yet it was not delivered to you. File a complain with them. And them Please contact customer services by phone at 1-866-211-3111 7 days a week 9 AM to 6 PM PST to inform us about this.


Some products were not on my packing slip. Will they be coming separately?
Some of the items we offer are shipped from different locations than others. Any product listed on your packing slip will be in your shipment. If a product is not listed on your packing slip it will arrive in a separate package. Please let us know if a listed product on your packing slip is not enclosed.

How long do out of stock products take to get back in stock? Can I place a back order? Products that are out of stock are typically available again within 3-5 weeks of selling out. We suggest checking back periodically on the site to find the product. At this time, we do not have a way to process back orders for products that are sold out.

Do you accept PayPal?
Unfortunately we donot accept payment by PayPal Secure Card. We do not accept the PayPal method that sends payment by email.

I am ordering from outside the U.S. Will I pay duties on my order?
Additional charges (sales tax and duties, for example) may apply on some orders to some countries. These charges are determined by the import and customs regulations of the destination country. Consequently, these charges will not be included in your total at checkout.Please keep in mind that the customer will be responsible to pay any dues applied on the item sent via international shipment.
